Cleanliness has always been of the highest importance in vacation rentals, and now with COVID-19 it has reached a new level of significance.

This is not a responsibility we take lightly. COVID-19 has brought us entirely new concerns in regard to hygiene and safety, and so we are taking steps to provide you (our guest) with peace of mind and protection.

We hope you walk into our home with a deep sigh of relief; knowing that we have taken significant precautions for you and your family.

COVID-19 Specific Cleaning/Disinfecting Protocol:

• We have professional cleaners who understand the importance of not just cleaning but also sanitizing every surface, high traffic area, and even the air itself.
  
  
• They follow a five-step cleaning process outlined by Airbnb.
  
  
• Microban disinfectant spray will be administered after cleaning and before each guest arrives. This highly effective spray has made the Environmental Protection Agency’s disinfectant list for killing Coronavirus.  
  
  
• All soft/porous surfaces will be cleaned and then disinfected.
  
  
• All linens, towels, and blankets will be laundered in the highest heat possible.
  
  
• Extra attention will be paid to “high traffic” items such as remote controls, faucets, door knobs and light switches.
  
  
• Disinfecting wipes and cleaners will be available to you for your own cleaning throughout your stay.
